Appointed CEO in October 2024, Tammer leads IDS with a focus on strategic growth and customer success. With nearly two decades of experience in federal technology and defense markets, he is executing IDS’s next chapter as an Arlington Capital Partners portfolio company — accelerating innovation across CCaR™, PMRT, and emerging platforms.
Maureen Abdelsayed, Esq.
General Counsel & Chief Operating Officer
An award-winning General Counsel and COO, Maureen Abdelsayed has been practicing law for nearly two decades. She is recognized for providing the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that IDS has the proper operational controls, legal aptitude, reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization with optimal financial strength and operating efficiency.

Sujey brings together strategy, technology, and innovation to drive meaningful impact and shape IDS’s future. His focus is on ensuring IDS’s platform remains best of breed while expanding into new markets and pursuing strategic acquisitions to accelerate growth — helping the company deliver even greater value to its defense mission partners.

Chief Financial Officer
Charlie manages IDS’s financial strategy and operations, ensuring fiscal discipline while supporting the company’s growth initiatives and long-term financial health. With over two decades of experience in the government services and defense technology sectors, he specializes in corporate finance, controllership, treasury management, M&A, and regulatory compliance.

John drives the strategic vision and development of IDS’s product portfolio, including CCaR™ and PMRT. His focus on continuous innovation ensures IDS’s solutions meet the evolving needs of the DoW’s program management and acquisition workforce.
Brad Lund
Chief Technology Officer
Brad leads IDS’s technology strategy and engineering teams, driving technical innovation and ensuring our platforms remain secure, scalable, and ahead of industry standards. A homegrown IDS leader, he rose from Software Development Lead to CTO over more than a decade, bringing unmatched institutional knowledge of the company’s products and customers.
