Training class designed to provide Business Analysts with the skills needed to fully
administer a CCaR database. Upon completion of this course each student will be required
to take a test in order to become certified in CCaR. Hands-on exercises will be conducted
throughout the training session to reinforce skills.

Learning Objectives
- Create and maintain CCaR Accounts
- Differentiate between each of the privileges and authorities that can be assigned to users and ensure proper privileges are assigned
- Create CCaR Budgets and default accounting components
- Generate Coordination Authorities, Cycles and Workflows
- Setup and manage CCaR and Contract Module data entry control information
- Populate Document Workflow coordinators and certifiers, and ensure accuracy of document attributes
- Understand the need for CCaR Procedures and demonstrate ability to run when necessary
- Demonstrate ability to create Business Chart Templates and Change Board Chart Templates according to customers direction
- Manage all System Settings in accordance with customer’s requests
- Experiment with System Settings to determine the result on the database
- Differentiate between the Administration and Multi-Org Administration functions
- Load upgrade patches when necessary
