Executive CCaR™
CCaR

Executive CCaR is a web dashboard that presents consolidated metrics and performance indicators for acquisition programs managed in CCaR. Designed using a Service Oriented Architecture, Executive CCaR provides a tool for DoD agencies to achieve data transparency by giving staff and command decision makers the ability to view execution status across acquisition programs and drill-down capability into individual programs.  By placing critical acquisition program information in the hands of the decision makers, Executive CCaR provides a means for organizations to transform their business practices.  No longer limited to static programmatic presentations, the real-time metrics and charts in Executive CCaR will revolutionize the oversight of acquisition programs.

The United States Air Force is utilizing Executive CCaR to provide the systems acquisition community with a web-based tool to help meet Department of Defense’s data transparency initiatives.  Implemented to utilize data from the authoritative sources with the Air Force acquisition domain, Executive CCaR utilizes Web-Services to consume authoritative data from the System Metric and Reporting Tool (SMART) and CCaR Systems deployed as System Program Offices (SPOs).
