Comprehensive Cost and
Requirement System (CCaR™)

CCaR

The Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR) System is a financial/program management system designed to give organizations greater flexibility and control over their requirements and budgets. CCaR quickly and easily captures a budget line estimate for each and every effort utilizing appropriated funding. CCaR automatically budgets based on the priority assigned to these efforts, displaying a 'rack and stack' list of program requirements showing the funding status of the overall program.

CCaR supports the planning and execution of program budgets through funding document generation, official government and accounting system interfaces, event-driven forecasting and obligation and expenditure tracking. User-friendly wizards, a complete on-line help system and customization features make implementing CCaR easy. Individual organizations are able to tailor the system to meet mission-unique requirements. The user-friendly front end allows quick and easy access to a wealth of information:

Technical Specifications:

Database Server running Oracle RDBMS Version 10.2 or higher. CCaR application software requires 300 MB of hard disk space, SQL*Net Client Software and Windows 2000/XP/Vista.

What's New

CCaR v10.6.4.0 Delivered
Each delivery of CCaR contains many new requirements. Below are some of the high level enhancements included in CCaR v10.6.4.0:

  • Additional features have been added to the Annual Funding, Plan Summary, Ad Hoc, Funding Profile and Project Summary reports.
  • The MIPR Tracker, a brand new tool, allows users to track the status of the organization’s DD Form 448’s.
  • The Business Charts tool has been modified with the option to compare actual obligations or expenditures to baseline plan events in the Snake Charts.
