IDS is humbled from our Air Force heritage. The Air Force has embraced CCaR over the last decade and propelled the tool throughout its financial and program management community. Since 2005 CCaR expanded into the Army, Navy, Joint Programs, Combatant Commands, and Department of Defense agencies. This lends to the flexibility of CCaR and how it adds value to any government organization. There is a keen interest from Command level organizations for the ability to drill down to lower level requirements. This working level visibility assists Commands during Congressional and Staff inquiries.
