Matrix Management System (MMS)

Description:
The MMS simplifies the management of human resource for large and disperse agencies. An agency's organizational structure may be created and modified easily. Human Resource personnel may create and define positions and personnel, and then easily drag and drop positions into organizations and people into positions. The system shines for large geographically separated agencies, where management of specific divisions may be assigned to a specific individual(s). MMS comes complete with a suite of HR reports and even provides a fully customizable ad-hoq query tool that is able to generate an infinite variety of reporting formats. MMS interfaces with government official personnel and position system to quickly identify discrepancies in the official systems.

Database Server running Oracle RDBMS Version 8.0 or higher. Application software requires 40 MB of hard disk space, SQL*Net Client Software and Windows95/98/NT/2000/XP.
