Description:
CiPS is an enterprise application designed to assist financial organizations with forecasting expected civilian payroll expenditures. The system allows forecasted inputs for expected funding, pay raises and awards/incentives. The system also tracks actual expenses to provide real-time analysis of your organization's potential overrun or underrun.

Monthly reports, generated with the click of a button, provide management with the required information to make decisions. Graphs depicting the forecasts and expenditure are also created and easily exported into PowerPoint.

The Reimbursable tool allows users to track funds received by customers, create target loads, establish reimbursable account MORDs and track monthly expenditures. At the click of a button, Journal Vouchers and Form 1080s are generated based on the actual expenditures and the customer funding.

Technical Specifications:
Database Server running Oracle RDBMS Version 8.0 or higher. CiPS Application software requires 30 MB of hard disk space, SQL*Net Client Software and Windows95/98/NT/2000/XP.
