The Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR) System is a financial/program management system designed to give organizations greater flexibility and control over their requirements and budgets.

CCaR quickly and easily captures a budget line estimate for each and every effort utilizing appropriated funding. CCaR automatically budgets based on the priority assigned to these efforts, displaying a 'rack and stack' list of program requirements showing the funding status of the overall program.

CCaR Supports planning and execution of program budgets through funding document generation, official government and accounting system interfaces, event-driven forecasting, and obligation and expenditure tracking. Wizards, a complete on-line help system, and customization features make implementing CCaR easy. Individual organizations are able to tailor the system to meet mission unique requirements. Technical Specifications:
Database Server running Oracle RDBMS Version 8.0 or higher. CCaR application software requires 100 MB of hard disk space, SQL*Net Client Software and Windows95/98/NT/2000/XP.
