The
Comprehensive
Cost
and
Requirement
(CCaR)
System
has
been
identified
as a
‘Preferred’
system
for
the
United
States
Air
Force.
The
letter,
signed
by Deidre
Lee
of the
Office
of the
Under
Secretary
of Defense,
was
endorsed
by the
HQ AFMC/FM
and
HQ AFMC/XR
stating
that
“all
acquisition
agencies
within
the
Air
Force
Materiel
Command
(AFMC)
should
use
CCaRs
as the
preferred
AFMC
tool
for
requirements
management”
and
that
“Resources
used
on any
other
system
with
similar
functionality
will
be pulled”. Click
